About the Opportunity

Precision Med Networks is seeking a dependable IT support professional to supplement our healthcare helpdesk and field-support services. This is a hands-on independent contractor opportunity combining remote technical support with onsite installation and troubleshooting throughout North Georgia and the Greater Atlanta area.

The right person will be comfortable helping users by phone and remote session, solving Windows workstation and application problems, and traveling to hospitals, clinics, data centers, and physicians' home offices when onsite service is required. Training on radiology-specific systems and workflows will be provided.

What You Will Do

• Answer support calls and provide clear, professional user assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows workstations, peripherals, connectivity, and healthcare applications.
• Install and configure computers, monitors, networking equipment, software, and related hardware.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and equipment changes accurately.
• Travel to supported facilities and remote physician workspaces as needed.
• Develop toward participation in an on-call support rotation.

What We Are Looking For

• Practical Windows, hardware, and basic networking knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and willingness to learn.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
• Ability to work independently and protect confidential information.
• Healthcare IT, helpdesk, cybersecurity, or technical coursework is helpful but not required.
